Terms of Service (TOS)

General Info
-- All commissions are digital unless otherwise agreed upon during the initial request. If you'd like a physical copy shipped to you that will include an additional fee for the cost of the print and shipping.
-- Commissions are limited, and can close at any time.
-- If you need to contact us about a commission, please do so through email OR Etsy Messages (Etsy is preferred), and allow 24 hours for us to respond. We will do our best to respond in a timely fashion, but work and real life can always take us away unexpectedly from internet access.
-- We retain all rights to the work unless otherwise agreed upon. That allows us to use the commission for promotional material on social media sites, prints and portfolio examples. We will never make prints of OC's, but we may do so with fanart.
-- You can post to any social media sites with proper credit (tagging us if we are on that platform). You are not allowed to sell prints or other merchandise of the commission unless previously agreed upon.
--All commissions will be posted to our social media upon completion. If you don't want your commission posted publicly (or if you'd like us to wait a certain amount of time before doing so, in the case of a gift for someone else) please let us know beforehand.
Subject Matter
We will draw almost anything, but reserve the right to decline a commission request or initiate a refund.

Edits
We allow two free edits at the sketch stage. Once a commission is inked or colored, we do not allow any edits without payment, and have the right to refuse to do any edits past the inked stage. Please make sure when you approve your sketch that everything is in order!
Payment & Refunds
All commissions are paid through Etsy. Once the commission is agreed upon we'll create a custom listing just for you to pay the %50
Refunds are only available on a case by case basis.
